Is this will legally valid in Australia?

Yes — when correctly signed and witnessed. Requirements vary by state. We recommend a solicitor review for complex estates.

Who can witness my will?

Any two adults (18+) who are not beneficiaries, and not spouses/partners of beneficiaries. Both must be present simultaneously.

Does super go through my will?

No — superannuation is distributed separately. Contact your super fund directly to update your beneficiary nomination.

What if I need to make changes?

Free updates within 60 days using your order ID. After 60 days a new $10 payment applies.

What happens to my data?

Your data is encrypted and used only to generate your document. We never sell your personal information.

Can I include crypto in my will?
